They say that an image is worth a thousand words, which is why we rely so heavily on photography in our communications programs. Even the most crafted copy is no substitute for a good image.

We like to refer to our photography services as "sustainable photography" because unkike lots of of other photographers and studios, all Imagica photography, unless otherwise specified, comes with Unrestricted Full Rights of Use. That means you own all images free and clear and can use them for as long as you like, for what ever you wish, even re-license them.

In addition, we shoot by the hour as well as having special half and full day rates. So, If you have a very specific need and one or two hours is all it will take to accomplish the project, that’s all you pay for.

Most photography is captured digitally and presented on DVD in high-resolution JPEG files. A hard copy “contact sheet” accompanies your digital media so you can easily reference the files on the digital media. If your project involves sharing your content with various individuals or departments, we'll even create a lightbox of the shoot for you and post it in XHTML format on our server or yours so anyone can preview the images on-line using a standard web browser.

File size depends upon the application and bigger isn’t necessarily better because 160 MB file can be difficult to manage and is overkill for most applications. 15 MB JPEG files are typically standard unless otherwise requested and yield a tack sharp 16” x 20” native image at 300 dpi. Larger or smaller file sizes are no problem and images can be exported from the digital negative to poster and billboard size if necessary.
